We have easy directions to measure little (and not so little) feet. Plus important tips for checking the fit.
SIZE SELECTION
When shopping online, you can switch between US, UK, EU sizing, and Centimeters, using the "choose size" dropdown above the size selector.
This feature allows you to shop in the format that is easiest for you.
While your cart, and checkout, will display styles in the format you chose to shop in, your order confirmation will revert to the manufacturers format. Rest assured our Team will pack your order as per your selection.
AUSTRALIAN SIZING
Is the same as US sizing.
HOW TO MEASURE UP AT HOME
It is possible to take accurate measurements using a piece of paper, pen, measuring tape, and a wall, at home.
STEP 1 Ensure the child is standing straight, wearing comfortable socks, and their heels are sitting gently against the wall.
STEP 2 Position an A4 piece of paper under their foot, with the short edge placed up against the wall. Draw an outline of the first foot on to the paper, and repeat the process for the other side.
STEP 3 Measure the longer foot from heel to the longest toe in Centimeters.
Once you have this measurement, shop using the Centimeters size selection for your chosen products.
More on this process can be found on our website.
TRY THEM ON
There is no substitute for trying the shoes on and carefully checking the fit. Remembering that a properly fitting shoe should feel snug at the heel and midfoot, with wiggle room around the toes.
If a style has a rigid upper, such as a leather school shoe, we recommend removing the innersole, placing it on the ground and having the child stand on the innersole. This will allow you to observe precisely how much room is available at the toes.
If they aren't quite right, all purchases can be returned in accordance with our Returns Policy.
